Return & Store Credit Policy

At D' Pilates Studio, we want you to love both your movement experience and your purchases. Please read below for our return and store credit guidelines for classes and clothing.

Clothing & Accessories

We accept returns and exchanges for clothing and accessories (including activewear and socks) within 14 days of purchase, as long as the items are:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with tags attached

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

How to Return:
You can return your item in person at the studio or by mail. If returning by mail, please contact us first at dpilatesstudiopr@gmail.com for instructions.

Store Credit:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, you will receive store credit for the original purchase amount, which can be used in-studio or online. Please allow up to 3 business days to process.

Final Sale Items:
Please note that sale items and opened socks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Classes & Packages

We do not offer refunds for purchased class packs, unlimited memberships, or private sessions. However:

  • You may reschedule or cancel any class with at least 12 hours’ notice without penalty.

  • Packages expire 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Missed classes without proper cancellation are not refundable or transferable.

Exception Requests:
If you are unable to attend due to illness or emergency, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation.
