Welcome to D' Pilates Studio! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (dpilatesstudio.com), our in-studio services, and online store. By using our services—including booking classes, attending sessions, and purchasing products—you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Us

D' Pilates Studio is a fitness and wellness studio located at 12 Calle de la Candelaria, Mayagüez, PR 00680. We offer Pilates classes (mat, reformer, private), and sell activewear and accessories both online and in-store.

2. Who Can Use Our Services

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use our services. By booking a class or making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Class Booking & Attendance Policies

• Scheduling: Classes can be booked through our website or in person at the studio.

• Cancellation: Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session.

• Expiration: Class packs and unlimited memberships must be used within their stated validity period (typically 30 days).

• Punctuality: To ensure a safe and respectful class environment:

  • • All clients are encouraged to arrive at least 5 minutes before class start time.

    • Clients have a 10-minute grace period after the class begins to enter.

    • After 10 minutes, entry will not be allowed, and the session will be marked as used.

    • Missed sessions due to late arrival are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Studio Conduct: We reserve the right to deny service or remove any participant for unsafe behavior or failure to comply with studio policies. 

• Children and Devices:

  • • Children are not permitted in the studio during class time.

    • Cell phone use is strictly prohibited during class sessions to maintain a focused and distraction-free environment.

• Attire:

  • For safety and hygiene, grip socks are required for all classes.

4. Payments, Returns & Refunds

• Payments: We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods via Shopify or in person.

• Class Sales: All class sales are final. No refunds are issued for missed classes or expired packs.

• Merchandise Returns: Clothing and accessories can be returned within 14 days of purchase if:

  • Items are unworn and unwashed

  • Tags are attached

  • A receipt is provided
    Sale items and opened socks are final sale.

• In-Store Purchases: Merchandise may also be purchased directly at our Mayagüez studio.

5. Health & Liability Waiver

By attending a class, you confirm that:

• You are in good health and capable of participating in physical activity.

• You release D' Pilates Studio from liability for any injuries sustained during participation. If you have any health concerns, consult your physician before beginning classes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our studio—including logos, images, text, and designs—is owned by D' Pilates Studio. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without our written permission.

7. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website or services, including:

• Attempting unauthorized access

• Disrupting service functionality

• Using our site for unlawful or abusive purposes

8. Updates to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and any disputes will be resolved under its jurisdiction.
