Thank you for shopping with D' Pilates Studio! This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your orders will be processed and delivered. By placing an order on dpilatesstudio.com, you agree to the terms below.
1. In-Store Pickup
Customers in Puerto Rico can choose free in-store pickup at our studio: Address: 12 Calle de la Candelaria, Mayagüez, PR 00680
You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup, usually within 1–2 business days.
2. Shipping Options & Rates
We currently offer shipping within Puerto Rico and the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location, package weight, and shipping method selected.

Standard Shipping (PR & US): 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.
3. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
4. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, D' Pilates Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at dpilatesstudiopr@gmail.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
