Mat Pilates

For Mat Pilates classes, socks are required (grip socks are recommended for added stability). Please bring your own water to stay hydrated throughout the session. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to get settled, as no entry is allowed more than 10 minutes after class starts. Children are not permitted in the studio during class time, and cell phone use is not allowed to maintain a focused environment. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your session, and missed sessions due to late arrival are non-refundable and non-transferable.
